4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 555wmb reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.
5.1 555wmb offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

12.1 Termination by You. You may close your 555wmb account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to completion of KYC verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five (5) business days.
12.2 Termination by 555wmb. 555wmb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
